We start by taking as many desirable photos as we can of your home. We put it online and put a sign in the lawn with the words “Coming Soon.” From there we analyze the web stats. Website statistics tell us how your home is going to perform in the market at the price we set. If we get a ton of views but no inquires it is priced too high. If we are getting a good amount of views and some inquires then we know we are at the right price.
